    extracted from the seeds of the Melia Azadirachta Indica plant, cold-pressed and filtered to remove all impurities. Neem Oil possesses anti-inflammatory, antifungal, regenerative, wound-healing, immunostimulant, antioxidant, and insect-repellent properties.

    from certified organic farming, free from pesticides and heavy metals. These flowers are used to produce St. John’s Wort oil infusion, known for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, and its ability to regenerate tissues and promote re-epithelialization.

    Clean the wound with water or saline solution.

    Apply one or more Hyperoil® gauzes above the entire wound area.

    Cover the wound with a breathable plaster or a sterile non-woven gauze to prevent external factors from causing infections.

    Renew the dressing daily until complete healing. In case of bandaging, renew every three to five days as directed by a healthcare professional.

    INDICATIONS FOR USE

    In acute or chronic wounds, Hyperoil® gauzes provide effective support to Hyperoil® Oil or Gel, helping to ensure better and longer-lasting retention of the product on the treated area. When used on their own, they simplify application on wounds undergoing slow or difficult regeneration, and can be applied at any stage of the healing process.
    For external use only.
    Suitable for the whole family, including children over two years of age and the elderly.

    STORAGE

    Store the product at a temperature between 10°C and 25°C.

    WARNINGS

    • Do not use the product together with disinfectants or other primary dressings, because they may negatively affect the tissue regeneration and repair process.
    • Allergic reactions may occur, although none have been reported so far.
    • Do not ingest.
    • Do not use on children under 2 years of age.
    • Keep out of reach of children.
    • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
    • Due to the presence of Neem Oil, the product is not recommended for use in case of planned conception
    • Do not use if the package is opened or damaged.
    • Application of the product may cause a temporary burning sensation, itching, or redness around the affected area, which is a sign of progressive revascularization of the lesion.
    • Do not use the same Hyperoil® gauze on other patients.

    Hyperoil® Medicated Gauzes are your plant-based ally for the treatment of complex skin lesions. Impregnated with Hyperoil® Gel, formulated with Hypericum flower extract and Neem Oil, they provide effective support to promote skin tissue regeneration and repair. Treating lesions such as abrasions, surgical wounds, or pressure ulcers can be a significant challenge. That’s why Hyperoil® Medicated Gauzes have been developed to simplify application and ensure prolonged retention of the product on the affected area, supporting tissue regeneration in a safe and gentle way.

    The amount of Hyperoil® to apply may vary depending on the wound you are managing (size, depth). Always apply a thin layer of Hyperoil® Gel to form a thin invisible barrier over the wound. It is recommended to apply the product beyond the wound edges to ensure proper tissue regeneration.

    1. Do not use the product together with disinfectants or other primary dressings because they adversely affect the process of tissue regeneration and repair.
    2. Hyperoil® is incapable of acting on tissue with inadequate skin perfusion. This is because tissue lacking the necessary oxygenation is tissue that is dead or dying and therefore incapable of any reparative reaction. There is no point in applying Hyperoil® in the presence of tissue hypoxia below 30mmHg of O2.
    3. Allergies may occur, although so far never detected.
    4. Do not ingest.
    5. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
    6. Due to the presence of Neem Oil, the product is not recommended for use if there is a desire to conceive.
    7. Do not use if the package is opened or damaged.

    Burning is not a symptom to worry about, it is related to mechanical aspects due to the friction of the gauze to clean the lesion, where the nerve tissue is uncovered and therefore sensitive, no longer having the protection of the skin. Such cleansing is essential and to decrease the burning it is important to reduce such friction by acting always and only by dabbing. By applying the product after such cleansing action, the burning increases because Hyperoil® comes into contact with the sensitized nerve tissue, which reacts; just give Hyperoil® time to flush the area and the burning will diminish (on average 20'-30'). Another cause of burning is revascularization of tissues especially those at the edge of the lesion. This symptom is absolutely positive because it means that the lesion has resumed its reparative process in a decisive way.

    Using disinfectants or other primary dressings along with Hyperoil® may partially or totally negate the regenerative and repair action of the wound.

    The shelf life of Hyperoil® is 4 years, in all range formulations, if the product is properly stored and the packaging is intact. Once opened, the product shelf life (PAO) is 24 months for the oily formulation and 12 months for the gel formulation.
